C. Michael White

Michael White was born in Little Rock and grew up in various towns throughout the Texas panhandle, then Lead Hill, Arkansas, before his family moved back to Little Rock, where he graduated from McClellan High School. He received a B.A. and B.S.E. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and later received his law degree the UALR School of Law in 1990. Michael White knows firsthand the effect a serious work-related injury can have on a family. When he was a child, his father, a truck driver, suffered a serious on-the-job injury that rendered him completely disabled, and Michael saw the impact that such a disability can have. Now he fights to protect the rights of injured workers going through the same experience. Before founding the White Law Firm in 2005, Michael was an Administrative Law Judge with the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission for nine years, and before that served as Deputy Executive Director of the Commission for six years. During that time he became intimately familiar with every aspect of the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Law, resulting in his being one of the most qualified workers’ compensation attorneys in the state of Arkansas, and making the White Law Firm the clear choice to handle your workers’ compensation claim.

Clinton M. White, Jr.

The second generation of the White Law Firm, Clinton was studying law before he could speak. Born during his father's last semester of law school, his bedtime stories as an infant were more often legal textbooks than fairy tales. During Michael White's time as an Administrative Law Judge Clinton traveled to hearings around the state with him, observing and learning the basics of workers' compensation long before law school. He received a B.A. in English from the University of Central Arkansas, and received his J.D. from the UALR Bowen School of Law in 2015.
